To Register as a New User
To register your credentials, click on the “Register Now” button. The screen below is displayed.
Take the following steps:
STEP :
1. Enter your NHF Number2. Enter your old password
3. Enter your new password
4. Click on “Register Now” button
The system validates for previous registration, your NHF Number, your Scheme Status (Active/inactive), your password match &Mobile Number/email.
If you have previously updated your mobile number and email address in the databank at ANY FMBN Area or using the USSD service or Mobile Apps, take the following steps:

5. Select the toggle to choose the mode of verification (ie mobile phone or email address)
6. Enter the last 4 digits of your mobile phone/or complete your email address
7. Click on “Submit” button.
A Token/ One-time-PIN (OTP) is sent to your Mobile Phone or Email Address for verification
8. Enter the Token
9. Click on “Register Now” button to complete the registration process.

If you’re a completely New User on the Digital Platform, take the following steps:
5. Enter your mobile phone number
6. Enter your email address
7. Click on “Submit” button.
A Token/ One-time-PIN (OTP) is sent to your Mobile Phone or Email Address for verification
8. Enter the Token
9. Click on “Register Now” button to complete the registration process.

The system automatically logs you in the Online Real-time web-based self-service Application.
